Do you want to return something? No problem!

We offer FREE national (Spain) return on the items within 15 days of receiving your original order. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (Earrings).

We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method.

If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Cost of import duties and taxes are not refundable.

Unfortunately as of now we do not offer free returns for orders outside Spain and the international shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

How?

1- Send us an Email and notify us of your return before sending your item via carrier.

2- You will receive a reply from NUBE barcelona informing you on the return procedure. 

3- Our carrier will arrange a pick-up based on your availability or you can simply hand in the package at any of MRW offices.

4- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 working days.

 

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
